The work outlined in the subject Private Improvement Agreement contract has been completed . On October 23, 2008, the City of Tucson has accepted the right-of-way improvements associated with Sierra Morado Unit 4, Phase 1 subdivision for operation and maintenance. All remaining sidewalks to be constructed shall be construction under separate right-of-way permits. Maintenance of sidewalk areas is the responsibility of the abutting property owner.
