07/30/2025 Partial Pass 07/30/25, sidewalk pour on the northeast section of the site, pour looks good.
08/04/2025 Failed 08/04/25, concrete was poured before we could check forms and sub-grade. This will be the last time that this practice is accepted. Compaction test need to be submitted prior to pour, form check needs to be completed prior to pour. Contractor and super have taken responsibility for the northwest and southwest areas poured without following the proper procedures for inspections.

10/10/2025 Partial Pass Sidewalk connection to ROW at SW corner of building: forms are correct but a water leak has created standing water on the sub-grade, not ready to pour.
Pending no changes to the forms, okay to pour once the sub-grade is ready without an additional inspection.
11/06/2025 Partial Pass 1. Pedestrian circulation from ROW to the SE corner of the building is good, cross-slope at or below 2%
2. Egress points are being corrected by removing curb, will require re-inspection once complete.
3. Pedestrian circulation to refuse enclosure at NE of property to be redone in concrete to achieve slope requirements. Will require re-inspection once complete.
4. ADA parking at NW will be corrected to less than 2% slope in all directions. Will require re-inspection once complete.
