| 06/20/2025 | ENGR Grading Final | Partial Pass | Grading progress: hubs have been installed, AB is down East, West, and Loading docks, but needs finishing. Will call in inspection once they string it up. Asphalt lay day is July 7. | |
| 07/01/2025 | ENGR Grading Final | Partial Pass | 07/01/25, all grading within building limits is in ready condition to be paved. | |
| 07/15/2025 | ENGR Grading Final | Partial Pass | 07/15/25, side walks and curbs in the ADA areas look good to pour. There are still 2 sidewalks on building 3 that will not pass finial inspection as they are too steep, north and south sides of building. 07/15/25, Landscape grading looks good, it was strongly suggested to rip the base of both basins prior to DG being placed. 07/15/25, slopes are correct in all locations. 07/15/25, There are concerns on the grading to the south side of the stock pile. No indication from PDSD has been given as to how runoff will be stopped from going over the berm and into the Clomar. The contractor and I have spoken several times about creating a trench in front of the of the berm and between the stock pile to better keep all flow in the 100 year flood plain. Basin on the north east corner of the site will be set to flow drain into the same area as well as the trench handling the lot and roof runoff on the east side of building 2. |

| 07/16/2025 | ENGR Grading Final | Not Ready | 07/16/25, Several issues, no where for drainage to go out of parking lot on the west side and at south side of stock pile. Very good possibility that the south side will affect the Clomar and FEMA flood plain if it does. Second issue, there is no permit for the stock pile to remain so how do we do continued site maintenance inspections. We all know that hydro seed and gorilla snot does not last long enough to be a complete stabilizer. |

| 08/12/2025 | ENGR Grading Final | Not Ready | 08/12/25, noted there is a swale missing on the southeast corner of the site between the 2 buildings that diverts the water to the east basin. All trash will need to be cleaned up on the far southeast corner of the project and this area needs to be raked/ripped to create a pervious surfaces so water does not stand here for longer than the allowed 24 hr time period. The lot itself has several areas of standing water that needs to be addressed prior to the engineering final. |
