06/12/2025 Not Ready There is a lot of sidewalk to be poured while decision is being made on the truncated domes.
06/18/2025 Partial Pass 06/18/25, I see no issues on the east side of building 3 that would raise a red flag, I sure compaction test is completed prior to pour.
06/20/2025 Not Ready Main sidewalk forms on the south side of building 3 are properly set. *some cross slopes are measuring right at 2% max limit, will need to be careful to ensure finished product is at or below 2% cross slope. There is a sidewalk extending from the main path up to a door with a running slope of 10%, this sidewalk is not indicated on the approved plan set. This will need to be investigated and corrected. *see attached photos.
06/25/2025 Partial Pass East side of east building looks good to pour, south side accessory door needs to have a step incorporated into the ramp to get it under 10%, north side accessory door will be the same way. Building 2 looks good all the way around for walks other than the south side accessory door.
06/26/2025 Partial Pass North sides of building 2 and 3 are good to pour. One door walkway on the north side of 3 needs to be stepped same building on the south side as well.
08/28/2025 Passed Item on sidewalk coming from interior of site to right of way has been addressed and fixed.
12/09/2025 Partial Pass sidewalk scupper was redesigned from a type two they modified it from 2’6” to 1’8’’ informed the contractor to have the engineer record to sign off on it
12/11/2025 Passed Passed per conformance letter by Rick Engineering.
