Trees along sidewalk at front are to close to 2nd floor and are growing up into,the ceiling. ADA parking slopes need to be fixed and no ADA signage is visible. 1/4” or more was evident in several areas of the sidewalks. Also fill all cracks that are a 1/4” or more. Gutter along front is needed at the extruded curb line. Bike racks need to be installed. Ramp going from building 2 to building one is an accessible path and the slope is 9%. Staircases at each end of the building are more than 3/8” of an inch out of compliance in the course of the run with the first step being a 4” step and the rest at 7”s |
