07/23/2024 | Consultation SITE | Not Ready | I met Joshua Garcia on site and looked over the site to see if it was ready for the Temporary Certificate of Occupancy. This site is not ready a the following items need to be addressed prior to requesting the follow-up Inspection that is being performed today: 1) Remove all excess material, trash, and debris from this site and clean all of the parking areas as required. 2) Take the Construction Fencing material down that will no longer be needed to secure the working areas within the site. Install fence panels as needed in all areas where Construction can still be anticipated for the duration of the site. 3) Complete all drainage locations by installing all of the remaining grouted rock rip rap as shown on the Approved Plans for this site. Remove all drainage pipes that are being utilized at this time to drain all the roof drainage areas to ensure a safe and healthy site. 4) Remove and replace the non-compliant sidewalks as discussed today on site just north of the main entrance. also ensure all areas adjacent to this build are safe and secured prior to requesting the Temporary Certificate of Occupancy for any portion of this site or it’s building. |

Consultation SITE | Not Ready | SITE LANDSCAPE/NPPO SECTION INSPECTION NOTES: ALL OF THE FOLLOWING PUNCH LIST ITEMS CAN BE FOUND ON THE REDLINED PLAN ATTACHED, ALONG WITH PHOTO DOCUMENTATION. WORKING FROM NORTH TO SOUTH 1. Missing vine at the north east wall. Implement the vine planting. 2. Two Live Oaks are planted off center within the steel tree grate. Re-plant the two trees to be centered in the grate. 3. Foundation plantings west of the sidewalk on the east wall are dead, or were not planted per the approved plans. Review the plans and replace the dead and missing plants at 24 inches on center along the east wall. See note 18 on sheet L2 of the approved plans. 4. Still missing Euphorbia plantings at the fire lane marked curb planter area near the entry to the building. We approved the tree removal from the area due to the lighting conflict, but the other plants are required in that area. Review the approved landscape plan sheet L2 and add the plants to this area.
