PROVIDE TH CITY OF TUCSON WITH A COPY OF THE NOTICE OF TERMINATION FROM THE ARIZONA DEPARTMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY. VERIFY THAT ALL STORMWATER MATERIALS HAVE BEEN REMOVED FROM THIS SITE.
