Entered by DROBERT5 - 1) this site is not required to have a storm water permt, however the contractor must comply with the city of tucson's storm water permit by keeping disturbed soil on site and out of storm drains.
2) call for inspection for any changes and/or concerns with the approved grading and landscape plan.
3) may need to add supplemental sediment controls at a later time, (rock entrance, silt sock at catch basin....). |
