On site met with the tenant, swamp cooler not working and it is average 90 degrees inside the unit, also gas was shut off by SW gas no hot water or working stove, spoke to management and infomed about the issues, later same day manger texted me stating all issues were fixed, called the tenant to verify but no answer left VM. |
