The report details that the tenant has raw sewage backing up out of the toilet and tub. Did call tenant and she confirmed that she has sewage backup in the toilet and tub, and that a plumber was sent out the night of 3/20/26 and a second time today 3/21/26 but were unable to repair the issues and left with her water turned off. Did speak to the after hours call service for the property manager who confirmed they sent out plumbers, but states the plumbers were turned away by the tenant and that she wanted another plumber. At 1039 PM did place a call to the listed property owner and left a message. -VM |
