03/21/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Initial Completed At 544 PM Received a call from Communications supervisor regarding substandard living conditions at this address. The report details that the tenant has raw sewage backing up out of the toilet and tub. Did call tenant and she confirmed that she has sewage backup in the toilet and tub, and that a plumber was sent out the night of 3/20/26 and a second time today 3/21/26 but were unable to repair the issues and left with her water turned off. Did speak to the after hours call service for the property manager who confirmed they sent out plumbers, but states the plumbers were turned away by the tenant and that she wanted another plumber. At 1039 PM did place a call to the listed property owner and left a message. -VM
04/06/2026 COT - ENFC - Code Enforcement - Follow Up Passed 328 pm - Did previously receive contact from landlord on 03/22/2026 stating issue was resolved. Tenant had not returned previous calls. Conducted a site visit on 04/06/2026 and made contact with tenant. I ran water at the kitchen sink, bathroom sink, and flushed toilet; all drained properly. There was no raw sewage in any of the aforementioned areas or in the bathtub. Violation is abated, close case. -VM
