328 pm - Did previously receive contact from landlord on 03/22/2026 stating issue was resolved. Tenant had not returned previous calls. Conducted a site visit on 04/06/2026 and made contact with tenant. I ran water at the kitchen sink, bathroom sink, and flushed toilet; all drained properly. There was no raw sewage in any of the aforementioned areas or in the bathtub. Violation is abated, close case. -VM |
