On site at property with Inspector B.T. No one on site, TFD was not here on arrival. There was a fire to staircase, it was caution taped. The landing and fascia were damaged due to fire and are no longer connected together causing hazard to its environment. Unsafe. Permits required repairs due within 48 hours. Unsure if unit 6208 is currently occupied. 16-4 form taped to front door of office. |
