The meter was left off due to water is entering the meter base and going into the main panel. This may require a upgrade on the electrical panel due to the water damage to the interior of the panel and the meter base. Both units had the electrical removed. The owner was on site and signed the paperwork. Redcross was called to the site for placement. The tenant is stating that she will be moving out due to has another place to stay. Will move out on Saturday. The windows and doors were able to lock and were secured before leaving the site. Owner has issues with how many in the unit and not getting rent and advised that I don't deal with those issues. |

The owner was asking why the water was shut off and advised that we did not turne the water off. Did look at the meter and found the red tag where the water has been turned off for non payment. At this time the case will be closed due to the owner working with the insurance company and getting a contractor to do the work. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV. |
