Had a fire in the neighbors unit and while working on the electrical, found where the meter base has issues with the meter that was removed to check for damage. The meter was left off due to water is entering the meter base and going into the main panel. This may require a upgrade on the electrical panel due to the water damage to the interior of the panel and the meter base. Both units had the electrical removed. The owner was on site and signed the paperwork. Redcross was called to the site for placement. The tenant is stating that she will be moving out due to has another place to stay. Will move out on Saturday. The windows and doors were able to lock and were secured before leaving the site. Owner has issues with how many in the unit and not getting rent and advised that I don't deal with those issues. |
