The unit is vacant and secured and met with the owner on site to show the electrical panel. The owner was asking why the water was shut off and advised that we did not turne the water off. Did look at the meter and found the red tag where the water has been turned off for non payment. At this time the case will be closed due to the owner working with the insurance company and getting a contractor to do the work. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV. |
