The H.O.A. had the repair done by a handi man. The work is not done correctly but is up. Some of the blacks area cracked that are passed the repaired area that were not removed. The wall is the 4" wide block and the interlocking block. This happened almost 2 years ago. Will need to check if the permit is required. Did go over that the owner needs to meet with the Register of Contractors or get an attorney due to civil issue. RV. |
03/18/2021 | INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE | VIDAL | Approved | Did an E-mail to Clayton and Ken with the supervisor Martin Romero on what was said and the info on the case last night. Did get a response and talk to the supervisor Martin Romero and the case will be closed and the permit will not be required due to will be considered a repair on common wall for the H.O.A. The walls were built in the common areas and were part of the building of the lots before the houses were built. Did call the boyfriend of the tenant to let him know the results. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV. |
