Met with the son in law of the owner of the property on site. The rear masonry wall was hit by a truck and damage the masonry wall. The H.O.A. had the repair done by a handi man. The work is not done correctly but is up. Some of the blacks area cracked that are passed the repaired area that were not removed. The wall is the 4" wide block and the interlocking block. This happened almost 2 years ago. Will need to check if the permit is required. Did go over that the owner needs to meet with the Register of Contractors or get an attorney due to civil issue. RV. |
