Did an E-mail to Clayton and Ken with the supervisor Martin Romero on what was said and the info on the case last night. Did get a response and talk to the supervisor Martin Romero and the case will be closed and the permit will not be required due to will be considered a repair on common wall for the H.O.A. The walls were built in the common areas and were part of the building of the lots before the houses were built. Did call the boyfriend of the tenant to let him know the results. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV. |
