07/31/2020 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved Communication called that T.P.D. on site with min. housing condition, rats, roaches, hoarding. Arrived and all the units have left the site. Did talk to the owner of the mobile home and will meet on Tuesday to inspect the property at 10:00 AM. The property was served a warrant and the officers on scene were not told I was on my way. Due to the gates were locked and the owner stating that he wanted to wait, I made the appointment to meet on Tuesday. Did go over the issues I was told that existed and what Code Enforcement will be looking at. The owner will be doing some cleaning before the inspection. The exterior of the property will need to be cleaned and has vehicles and not sure if they are operable. Will check on Tuesday and will call T.P.D. RV.
08/04/2020 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved Went to the site to do the inspection and the gate was lock and not able to enter the property. The owner is stating that is has been sick for a few days and does not want to come out. Did make arrangements to meet on 8-14-2020 at 10:00 AM. Did go over if refused the inspecion at that time, that a warrant will be issued to have the area checked. The owner stated that he will cooperate at that time. RV.
