Went to the site to do the inspection and the gate was lock and not able to enter the property. The owner is stating that is has been sick for a few days and does not want to come out. Did make arrangements to meet on 8-14-2020 at 10:00 AM. Did go over if refused the inspecion at that time, that a warrant will be issued to have the area checked. The owner stated that he will cooperate at that time. RV. |
