Communication called that T.P.D. on site with min. housing condition, rats, roaches, hoarding. Arrived and all the units have left the site. Did talk to the owner of the mobile home and will meet on Tuesday to inspect the property at 10:00 AM. The property was served a warrant and the officers on scene were not told I was on my way. Due to the gates were locked and the owner stating that he wanted to wait, I made the appointment to meet on Tuesday. Did go over the issues I was told that existed and what Code Enforcement will be looking at. The owner will be doing some cleaning before the inspection. The exterior of the property will need to be cleaned and has vehicles and not sure if they are operable. Will check on Tuesday and will call T.P.D. RV. |
