WENT OVER THE INSTRUCTIONS WITH THE ENGINEER AND SCOTT SNELL OF CAMCO, ENGINEER EXPECTS 16" X 16" CMU PEERS UNDER THE CONNER OF THE BUILDING A 2ND PEER APROX 6-8 FT AWAY UNDER THE FOOTING AND A 3RD PEER UNDER THE CONCRETE DOORWAY SLAB BEFORE WORK BEGINS TO REPLACE PIPE TO THE RISER. ONCE PIPE IS REPLACED, THE DRIVE AREA CAN ALSO BE REMOVED TO DETERMINE HOW MUCH PAVEMENT WAS UNDER MINED.
12/13/2018 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE HOLLANDER Approved Arrived on site anf found worker working under slabs. Warned that they should wait for structural engineer before continuing. Electrician is finished with temp power. Called and asked for conductor strain relief at term cans. He will send some one back to take care of. Structural engineer came and gave directions to person in charge for shoring.
12/13/2018 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE GOODMAN Approved ARRIVED ON SITE, TEP HAD KILLED POWER. SCOTT SNELL ARRIVED WITH THE GENRATOR, E2 POWER SYSTEMS THE ELCTRICAL COMPANY WAS ON SITE PREPARING ELECTRICAL HOOK UP TO THE GENERATOR. ENGINEER IS TO ARRIVE AT 1:00 PM AT WHICH TIME WE WILL BE INFORMED WHAT WILL BE REQUIRED FOR EXPOSED AREA BELOW THE BUILDING AND HOW MUCH PIPE AND UNDERMINED AREA WILL BE REQUIRED TO BE EXPOSED. RICK HOLLANDER WILL MEET WITH DSD TO EXPLAIN THE ISSUE AND DETERMINE WHAT TYPE OF PERMIT WILL BE REQUIRED.
12/13/2018 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT HOLLANDER Approved Called out for waterline break and sinkhole. The electric underground conduits were in the ares of the water flow. Electric Utilities have been dis connected. Electrical Contractor E2 is on site with a generator/powerplant to set-up the temp power. We discussed termination, conductor placements, safety and permits. Permits will wait until the engineer views the site for damage determanation. Spoke with Armando and Dan of PDSD on what needs to be done with permits.
