Electric Utilities have been dis connected. Electrical Contractor E2 is on site with a generator/powerplant to set-up the temp power. We discussed termination, conductor placements, safety and permits. Permits will wait until the engineer views the site for damage determanation. Spoke with Armando and Dan of PDSD on what needs to be done with permits. | |

MAIN WATER LINE BROKEN ON CITY SIDE BUT LINE TO THE RISER ROOM WAS ALSO DAMAGED AND NEEDED TO BE REPAIRED BY OWNER, METRO FIRE HAD BEEN CONTACTED AND WOULD BE ARRIVING OUT OF PHOENIX. ALL OWNERS AFFECTED ON THE EAST SIDE OF THE STRIP MALL WERE NOTIFIED THAT THERE WOULD BE NO WATER UNTIL MAIN LINE WAS CORRECTED ABOUT 4 HRS OR MORE. WATER WAS PROVIDED TO ANY OF THE BUSINESS THAT NEEDED WATER. SPOKE WITH JENEFER PATTISON, PROPERTY MANAGER OUT OF PHOENIX, TOOK PICTURES OF THE BREAK AND AREA SURROUNDING THE BREAK THAT HAD BEEN UNDERMINED BY THE WATER FLOW AND SENT THEM TO JENNIFER. TEP ARRIVED ON SITE ASSESSED THE POWER ISSUES, DETERMINED THAT TEP 8,000 VOLT LINES WERE UNDERMINED AND BELOW UNSTABLE ASPHALT. CAMCO MANAGER SCOTT SNELL ARRIVED WITH THE HELP OF INSPECTORS, TEP AND OTHER PEOPLE PUT TO GETHER A LIST OF ISSUES THAT NEEDED TO BE ADDRESSED. IT WAS DETERMINED THAT TEP WOULD NEED TO CUT POWER. A GENERATOR PROVIDE TO RESTORE POWER TO THE BUSINESSES. A ENGINEER WAS CONTACTED AND ELECTRICAL CONTRACTOR FOUND AS WELL. TEP SET UP THE POWER KILL FOR THE NEXT DAY. |
