Every dwelling or dwelling unit shall have an adequate potable water supply. Every plumbing fixture, water and waste-pipe, and gas connection shall be properly installed in accordance with all applicable laws and maintained in good and sanitary working condition so as to prevent structural deterioration or health hazards, and are to be free from leaks and obstructions.

Showed me then too the bathroom where I found a hole in the ceiling in the sheetrock above the shower stall. Will move to notice of violation
11/08/2018 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VINDIOLA Approved Arrived on site and not on Apartment 10. Spoke to tenant at the property. While I was there the maintenance guy from the new property manager was there on site. Spoke to him about Unit 10 he stated he has no work orders for that apartment. Showed him the notice of violation and gave him a copy. He called it in to the office to establish a work order for him to get to this job. He stated he could have this done within 10 days. Advise tenant of our conversation and will follow up in 10 days
