While I was there the maintenance guy from the new property manager was there on site. Spoke to him about Unit 10 he stated he has no work orders for that apartment. Showed him the notice of violation and gave him a copy. He called it in to the office to establish a work order for him to get to this job. He stated he could have this done within 10 days. Advise tenant of our conversation and will follow up in 10 days |
