Arrived on site and met with tenant Forest, showed me to the kitchen sink where there was a leak in the p-trap and has a bucket to catch the water that leaks. Showed me then too the bathroom where I found a hole in the ceiling in the sheetrock above the shower stall. Will move to notice of violation |
