09/26/2018 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved I have been to the property on July 2, 2018 for the same issues. The pony has been approved to be on the property per zoning and talk to Carolyn with showing pictures. The pony is adult size and will not get any bigger. A permit for the wall, playhouse and the ramada has been issued, T12CM04241 on 7-16-12 and finaled on 7-16-12. It appears that the size of the ramada and the playhouse was under the 200 s.f. allowance. The carport enclosed was approved and the permit issued, T16CM03800 on 5-20-16 and finaled on 2-2-17. Did call the Ward 5 office to let them know the results of the checking of the property. I was going to call the owner and let her know of the findings and to let the neighbor know that I have been on the property. RV.
09/27/2018 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved Met with the owner and she showed me the area of the horse. The area was cleaned. The owner bought the house in August of 2004. Did go over that there is another complaint on the horse and that's why I wanted to check the area that it was cleaned. There is no smell and no flies in the area. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
