Did go over that there is another complaint on the horse and that's why I wanted to check the area that it was cleaned. There is no smell and no flies in the area. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
09/26/2018 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved I did call the neighbor and went over the issue of the pony. She was surprise that the pony was allowed to be on the property. The neighbor was told that the setbacks of the stall were met and the area was cleaned. Did go over the permits for the wall, ramada and the playhouse. Did go over the carport being enclosed with the permit and was all inspected. Did talk about the flies and did let the neighbor know that when I was on the property that it was one of the cleanest property being on with a horse on the property. I will go to the site tomorrow. Did go over that the case will be closed if the property is cleaned. RV.
