I have been to the property on July 2, 2018 for the same issues. The pony has been approved to be on the property per zoning and talk to Carolyn with showing pictures. The pony is adult size and will not get any bigger. A permit for the wall, playhouse and the ramada has been issued, T12CM04241 on 7-16-12 and finaled on 7-16-12. It appears that the size of the ramada and the playhouse was under the 200 s.f. allowance. The carport enclosed was approved and the permit issued, T16CM03800 on 5-20-16 and finaled on 2-2-17. Did call the Ward 5 office to let them know the results of the checking of the property. I was going to call the owner and let her know of the findings and to let the neighbor know that I have been on the property. RV. |
