07/02/2018	INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT	VIDAL	Approved	Did check with the management and they have been treating the unit for several months. They have changed contractors on the treatment and have one scheduled on 7-5-18. Did meet with the tenants and look around the unit and the unit was clean. Did move items around and did see a few dead roaches by the refrigerator and on the floor. Was not able to find live roaches while inspecting and was checking the shelving in the cabinets, walls and ceilings and the floor. Did let the tenant know that I would call next week due to the treatment will be done on 7-5-18. They will be treating the other units that are surround this unit at that time. RV.
07/17/2018	INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE	VIDAL	Approved	The unit has been treated and the tenant has not been back on conplaints. Did call the tenant and she stated that there are a few roaches and will be calling for another treatment. The tenant did feel OK with closing the case at this time. If they do come back, she can call back and another case will be opened and checked. The office has no problem retreating the unit for roaches at any time. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
