They have changed contractors on the treatment and have one scheduled on 7-5-18. Did meet with the tenants and look around the unit and the unit was clean. Did move items around and did see a few dead roaches by the refrigerator and on the floor. Was not able to find live roaches while inspecting and was checking the shelving in the cabinets, walls and ceilings and the floor. Did let the tenant know that I would call next week due to the treatment will be done on 7-5-18. They will be treating the other units that are surround this unit at that time. RV. |
