The unit has been treated and the tenant has not been back on conplaints. Did call the tenant and she stated that there are a few roaches and will be calling for another treatment. The tenant did feel OK with closing the case at this time. If they do come back, she can call back and another case will be opened and checked. The office has no problem retreating the unit for roaches at any time. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV. |
