The tenant was not around and met with the maintenance and the fire was in a oven where a pizza was being warmed up. Had foil and it started to burned. The range was removed from the kitchen area and placed on the walkway outside the unit. A fire extenguisher was used and has the dust through out the unit. Did serve the N.O.V. to Vacate the unit until the unit is cleaned to the manager on site. There is no damage to the structure other than some smoke damage where the range was located in the kitchen. Once the unit is cleaned the management will call to have the unit checked to re-occupy. RV. |

Arrived and met with the manager and checked the unit. The unit has been cleaned of the powder and the walls and ceilings have started to be cleaned of the smoke damage to the walls and ceilings. The manager has stated that the unit will be painted. The tenant is will to stay in the unit while the work is being done. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV. |
