The office called that T.F.D. on site with a apartment fire. Arrived and the units have cleared the site. The tenant was not around and met with the maintenance and the fire was in a oven where a pizza was being warmed up. Had foil and it started to burned. The range was removed from the kitchen area and placed on the walkway outside the unit. A fire extenguisher was used and has the dust through out the unit. Did serve the N.O.V. to Vacate the unit until the unit is cleaned to the manager on site. There is no damage to the structure other than some smoke damage where the range was located in the kitchen. Once the unit is cleaned the management will call to have the unit checked to re-occupy. RV. |
