The management called that the unit has been cleaned and the range has been replaced. Arrived and met with the manager and checked the unit. The unit has been cleaned of the powder and the walls and ceilings have started to be cleaned of the smoke damage to the walls and ceilings. The manager has stated that the unit will be painted. The tenant is will to stay in the unit while the work is being done. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV. |
