05/12/2018 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved Communication called that T.F.D on site with a sprinkler head going off. Arrived and the fire units have cleared the site and the management was on site with the maintenance. The sprinkler head has been broken on the pipe that holds the sprinkle head in the wall. The unit is on the second floor and has flooded the unit and the water was going to the bottom unit. The water was stopped by T.F.D. at the riser for where the main valve is located for the building. The maintenance has called the service company for the sprinkler head to be replaced and the company to extract the water on the floors. The management was going to have the unit secured once the repairs have been made and the fire system back on line. The manager signed the paperwork and did the posting of Do Not Enter on the front window to the unit. The tenants that were still in the unit are being placed to another unit on the property. The unit has 4-rooms and some of the room are already vacant. RV.
05/14/2018 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved The unit is vacant and secured. The electrician showed and check the unit and all is OK. The contractor Net Electric Company, INC sent a letter stating all is OK. There is no other damage and the water has been extracted and all is dry at this time. The unit will be cleaned. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
