05/26/2017 | INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT | HOLLANDER | Approved | Found original hazardous 200 amp main electric service still in use. Tenant in unit 13 complained about some items in the unit. We asked if the panel was OK. We found hazardous electric sub panel still in use with added electric circuits exposed in side of the closet. We found exposed NM cables in the laundry room that was present at the first violation. I researched the const plans from Sire and found these items were to have been corrected. |
12/12/2017 | INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE | HOLLANDER | Approved | Mr Heidimann called and was explained why the Revised NOV was sent. He still clames about the incorrectly approved final. I explained that the Building Official was the one who reversed the final due to saftey concerns and it was he that gave the 30 compliance deadline. |
