01/12/2018 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Inspector Goodman and myself met with new owners of the property. They have gained full ownership. The old owners are not involved anymore. We discussed there plans for remodeling of the property. At this time the work we were asking for will already be encompassed into the new project and the item will be abated.
01/09/2018 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Met with the administrator to discuss the case. Will also meet with the supervisor. Will need to contact the building official on what we are doing. We feel an extention to allow the partner from T Real T LLC to get back from vaction. We need to discuss with her the options available before power is terminated. The administrator feel that at this time communications with all parties involved is best.
01/09/2018 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Met with supervisor and administrator and the plan to extend untill the owner is back was agreed upon.
12/12/2017 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Mr Heidimann called and was explained why the Revised NOV was sent. He still clames about the incorrectly approved final. I explained that the Building Official was the one who reversed the final due to saftey concerns and it was he that gave the 30 compliance deadline.
12/06/2017 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Met with the Building Official to discuss disconnection of power due to lack of progress. Hazards still present. He stated that to give 30 day notice. I will send revised NOV to all parties.
10/19/2017 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Emailed Mr. Heidemann pictures from 02/10/2017 and 05/26/2017 to show the lack of changes to the hazards of the units. Items have not changed on the inspection 10-18-2017.
10/18/2017 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Met with Mr. Heidemann, Inspector Goodman and myself to explain hazards. Access was not available to units. Mr. Heidemann asked if I can come back later and we can access units. I will come back later when he calls. Mr. Heidemann asked questions regarding PDSD and we explained that he would need to talk to them, we cannot speak for PDSD.
10/18/2017 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Met with Mr. Heidemann and myself. We accessed the rear storage unit and found exposed NM Cables and open splices. In #12 a homemade cover was made for the subpanel in the unit. Original pictures show the grounds and the neutrals connected. Did not open panel to verify if these were corrected. Approved plans call for subpanel replacement. Was not able to access #13. #1-11 appear to have been as per plans. Did not open to verify make-up and separation of grounds and neutrals. Mr. Heidemann will try to get me pictures from #13 to compare to photos taken on 02/10/17 and 05/26/17.

07/28/2017 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved Have contacted the electrical contractor about what is needed to be done. He responded this time.
