In #12 a homemade cover was made for the subpanel in the unit. Original pictures show the grounds and the neutrals connected. Did not open panel to verify if these were corrected. Approved plans call for subpanel replacement. Was not able to access #13. #1-11 appear to have been as per plans. Did not open to verify make-up and separation of grounds and neutrals. Mr. Heidemann will try to get me pictures from #13 to compare to photos taken on 02/10/17 and 05/26/17. | |
