11/01/2016 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved No one home and met with the management. The management do not have a work order for any repairs being required on the unit. The management will try and check the roof and windows from the exterior to check if any openings need to be addressed. The building is due to be remodeled in a month with painting of the exterior, checking the roof for leaks and re-doing the mission tile on the roof and patching of the stucco. The tenant and management are having issues between each other and will try and talk to the tenant. Has a posting on the front door for the management to not enter the unit at any time. Will check in 10 days. RV.
12/13/2016 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved Talk to the management and the building is all being remodled and the whole building is vacant at this time. The tenant has moved to another unit on the property. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
