Parcel- undeveloped lot 123-07-229B is being used as a construction yard. That is an industrial zone use. This property is zoned commercial. It has piles of debris with minimal sediment controls. Soil gets trucked all around our neighborhood and this has gone on for months and months. In addition it is not secure.
