Visited site met a dump truck on site place a stop work order was dumping dirt on vacant property he may contact with supervisor supervisor showed up on site explain violations to supervisor had him sign a notice of violation and gave him a cease order, Also gave him information on who to contact was Clayton Trevillion at planning and development services for the city of Tucson he made contact with Clayton and made a stop work order also explain process he would have to secure a permit also remove all dirt that was placed on property, Gave him zero days to abate |
