Received a text that dirt was being dumped on the property and had a case number. Went out to check the property and a dump truck was on site and being filled with dirt and hauled off site to another address. The dirt was from another project and stocked piled until needed to backfill. The permit DP16-0095 was issued on 6-3-16 for grading dirt removal. The dirt should be gone by next week. Did go over that a water truck should be on site for the dust. At this time the case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV. |
