Description:
Tenants collecting trash in plasctic bags on the east side of the house, they built an area whick look extremely delapidated and are storing the trash bags in this area. They also built on the same side a storage which is falling apart. neither of the " constructions " were cordinated with the next door neighbors. I informed my suervisor Martin R. about the back yard, the little boy and the history of the home owners as hoardes. Inspector A. Smith and I were here about 2+ years ago for the same issues. He informed my to call TPD. TPD was also denied access to see inside the home, but this time it was by the homeowners. I informed Martin R. and he stated that we would get a search warrant to enter the property tomorrow. I issued a hand-written NOV for the refuse and storage items. |
