The home is clutter with clothing, refuse and storage items. See photos in SIRE. There are paths to follow it get to each room. Very little room to access the kitchen sink and bathrooms. The home lacks means of egress and is unsanitary. The only real clean bedroom is located in front of the home. There is a dog, a rabbit and 4 cats. The litter boxes are full and have a strong odor. A Notice of Emergency Abatement and Order to Vacate was issued. Power was turned off at the panel box. I explained to the owners that they could only be here during the day to clean up. The Dept. of Child Safety was also there. F/U 10 days. |
