12/18/2015 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved Had a vehicle hit the wall on the bottom unit and has damage and not sure how stable the wall on the bottom is at this time due to has broken wood studs. Going to vacate the unit until a letter from a contractor or an engineer stating that it's OK to let the tenant back in the unit. The manager signed all the paper work and did do a posting on the door of "Do Not Enter". The manager did place the tenants in another unit on the property. Did go over that once the letter is written, that the tenant can move back into the unit. He can get his item during the day out of the unit as needed. Will check in 45 days. RV.
12/31/2015 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved Received call from the manager and the letter is written and has a copy for the files. Arrived and the contractor Barcelo Builders has written a letter and has checked the damage on the bottom unit. The letter was received and will be placed in the file stating that the unit can be occupied. At this time, the tenant will be let back into the unit and will be closing the case. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
