Received call from the manager and the letter is written and has a copy for the files. Arrived and the contractor Barcelo Builders has written a letter and has checked the damage on the bottom unit. The letter was received and will be placed in the file stating that the unit can be occupied. At this time, the tenant will be let back into the unit and will be closing the case. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV. |
