Going to vacate the unit until a letter from a contractor or an engineer stating that it's OK to let the tenant back in the unit. The manager signed all the paper work and did do a posting on the door of "Do Not Enter". The manager did place the tenants in another unit on the property. Did go over that once the letter is written, that the tenant can move back into the unit. He can get his item during the day out of the unit as needed. Will check in 45 days. RV. |
