12/19/2015 INSP - INITIAL CODE ENFORCMENT VIDAL Approved Did an inspection on the property and unable to gain entry into the property due to the gates were locked and no one answered the door on the side to the middle of the structure. The light was on at the north side of the structure. Did get a phone number to the other owner listed for the property. Jeffery has died around Thanksgiving and Victor the other owner is trying to get the property back. Did talk to Victor by phone while on site and will meet on site on Monday after 12:00 PM and will call when on site. Victor was on site on 12-18-15 and is having trouble with securing the property. RV.
12/21/2015 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE VIDAL Approved Met with the owner and all has been secured while on site. The property is vacant and secured. Jeffery Hall has died and the other owner listed for the property is keeping the property secured. All openings to the house have been secured at this time. The other structures have been secured that are detached from the main house. Did place a placard on the side window of "Do Not Enter" and went over that no one can be on the property after dark until the sun comes up. Did go over that if any one is on the property to work, that the owner Victor needs to be aware that they are on the property. Did see another case on the property for work with out permits and due to the property being secured, this case will be closed. Violation Abated, Close Case. RV.
