Did an inspection on the property and unable to gain entry into the property due to the gates were locked and no one answered the door on the side to the middle of the structure. The light was on at the north side of the structure. Did get a phone number to the other owner listed for the property. Jeffery has died around Thanksgiving and Victor the other owner is trying to get the property back. Did talk to Victor by phone while on site and will meet on site on Monday after 12:00 PM and will call when on site. Victor was on site on 12-18-15 and is having trouble with securing the property.
